DETAILS OF PARTICIPATION: This Getaway package is a special promotion hosted by the Owner Revisits department of Consolidated Resorts and is an independent benefits program that cannot be used in conjunction with owner's use time. This offer is non-transferable, based on availability, and is nontransferable. You cannot have used this offer, or a similar revisit offer, within the past six months and this offer cannot be used in conjunction with your Interval time. Accommodations are standard and limited to a maximum of two adults, or to the sleeping capacity of the accommodations listed above. Charges may apply for children or guests of any age. To take advantage of this getaway / offer, including any complimentary or discounted incentives, and to receive a full refund of the required $75 reservation deposit, all owners named in the timeshare contract must attend a 120-minute (not including transportation time to and from the resort) owner's update timeshare presentation together, and be able to present two forms of ID, including a government-issued picture ID and a checkbook or a major credit card (or a debit card with a major credit card logo) at the time of the presentation. Upon completion of the presentation, you will receive your show tickets, and/or gift incentives, and your $75 reservation deposit will be credited back to the account upon which it was drawn. Failure to attend the presentation, or failure of all persons named in the timeshare contract to attend, will result in the forfeiture of your $75 deposit as well as your credit card being charged the full retail cost of $450 for the entire accommodations and gift package Cancellation of your reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to check in to avoid being charged $109 for the first night's stay and the forfeiture of the $75 deposit. Revisions to your reservation require a 72 hour advanced notice. All cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee. First time revisions are made at no charge. All subsequent revisions will be made with a $25 per change administrative fee. All participants are responsible for payment of any government-imposed taxes directly related to the services being provided and any personal expenses incurred when utilizing this offer. You are responsible for all gratuities and other charges, including but not limited to meals, energy surcharges (ranging from $3.27 to $6.36 per day when staying in hotels such as the Riviera, Sahara and Tropicana), beverages, activities that require fees, telephone calls, room service charges, transportation, airfare, or other charges not stipulated herein.
